01 / 10The Problem

Heat stress is an unmanaged risk

1 in 5

industrial workers exposed to high-heat environments daily

1,000+

heat-related worker fatalities annually in the U.S. alone

500M+

global workers laboring in high-heat conditions

Lost productivity

Heat slows crews, forces unplanned stoppages and pushes work into fewer safe hours — and climate change makes it worse every season.

Injury & medical cost

Heat illness drives absenteeism, workers' comp claims and rising medical costs for employers in construction, utilities, logistics and manufacturing.

Compliance exposure

Heat programs still rely on handheld meters, paper logs and supervisors' judgment — with no real-time view of who is at risk or proof of what was done.

Why it mattersEmployers have no single system that sees heat risk across people and facilities, and acts on it before someone gets hurt. That gap is the business.

02 / 10Solution

Thermal intelligence that acts

JetFuel is building an AI-enabled thermal intelligence platform connecting people, environments and cooling systems. Our software ingests data from environmental sensors and connected wearable devices, identifies thermal risk, alerts decision-makers and enables automated intervention through connected cooling technologies.

01

Worker Intelligence

Employee heat exposure, environmental conditions, fatigue/thermal-risk signals, wearable data and supervisor alerts.

02

Facility Intelligence

Indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, IAQ, CO₂/VOCs, WBGT, occupancy, equipment and environmental sensors.

03

Automated Intervention

JetFuel software detects risk and can initiate cooling interventions through connected cooling caps, vests, hard hats and other devices.

04

Energy Intelligence

The same data infrastructure can optimize HVAC/cooling consumption across factories, warehouses, schools and government buildings.

How it works · Wearable Cooling

Three applications. One cooling engine.

The cooling cap, cooling hard hat and cooling wristband share the same engineered stack: a thermoelectric module pulls heat off the skin, copper moves it away, and a smart control board connects every device to the JetFuel platform.

ClimaCon® forehead-targeted thermal exchange: cold side on the forehead, heat pushed out through the heat sink and fan
Cap + hard hat

Forehead-targeted thermal exchange

ClimaCon® places the cold side of the module directly on the forehead, where blood flow runs high, and pushes the heat out through the copper sink and fan. Precision control from 38°F to 140°F.

Wristband

Pulse-point cooling + sensing

The wristband cools the inner wrist and reads body-temperature signals, so the platform can spot rising heat risk and trigger the cap or hard hat automatically.
